Biography
Dr. Ghada Al Qassim is a consultant pediatric emergency medicine and a chairperson of emergency medicine department, Royal Medical Services, Kingdom of Bahrain. She was the first Bahraini female graduate with pediatric emergency fellowship from Saudi Council for Health Specialties (SCHS). Dr Al Qassim is currently the president of Bahrain Medical Society (BMS). She is also the first general secretary of the Gulf Federation of Emergency Medicine (GFEM). She is a senior clinical lecturer & examiner in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Bahrain. Also a member in Bahrain National Ambulance Committee.
